For Zoom meetings
Live translation for your team meetings
Each participant reads live captions in their own language, without waiting for an interpreter.

What it does in your meeting
Captions in each person’s language
Each participant picks a language and reads the speaker in it while they talk. Up to 16 caption languages per meeting.
A translated voice, if they would rather listen
Participants can hear the translation instead of reading it.
Summary and Ask AI afterward
When the meeting ends, the transcript and summary stay. Ask AI about what was said.
Translation accuracy you can check
QolSync AI uses the conversation so far as context, not each sentence on its own. Your glossary fixes names and specialist terms before the event starts. The original text stays next to the translation, so anyone can compare the words that matter. AI translation can still make mistakes, and clear audio helps.
A product name stays a product name in every language.

Questions before you start
How do I start using QolSync AI with Zoom?
Start with the Zoom setup guide, or add the app from the Zoom App Marketplace. Your Zoom administrator may need to approve the app. Feature availability depends on your QolSync AI plan and Zoom setup.
Do attendees need to download an app?
No. Attendees open the shared audience view in a browser from a link or QR code.
Does adding the Zoom app also connect scheduling?
No. QolSync AI Scheduling is a separate integration, and it is coming soon: it is waiting for Zoom’s approval. Until then, create the webinar in Zoom and paste its link into your QolSync AI event. Once available, it needs organization and Zoom Owner/Admin permissions and a Webinar 100, Webinar 300 or Unlimited plan, and creating a Zoom webinar requires a licensed Zoom webinar host. See the scheduling guide for exact prerequisites.
