Host sees: “Will the recording be shared?”The speaker keeps their own language. Every attendee follows in theirs, on Zoom, in a browser or on the screen in the room.
Each participant reads live captions in their own language, without waiting for an interpreter.
QolSync AI uses the conversation so far as context, not each sentence on its own. Your glossary fixes names and specialist terms before the event starts. The original text stays next to the translation, so anyone can compare the words that matter. AI translation can still make mistakes, and clear audio helps.

Following the talk is half of it. Attendees can also ask the host a question in their own language and read the reply in it.

Creating Zoom meetings and webinars from your QolSync AI event is coming soon: the Scheduling integration is waiting for Zoom’s approval. Until then, schedule the webinar in Zoom and paste its link into your QolSync AI event.
When Scheduling arrives, it will be a separate integration from the live translation app, connected by an organization and Zoom Owner/Admin. It will need a Webinar 100, Webinar 300 or Unlimited plan and a licensed Zoom webinar host.

QolSync AI does not train AI models on your content. AI providers process it under business API terms that exclude training.
Live modes that route through our servers can keep a transcript copy so you can review it later. It stays until you delete it. The privacy policy explains which modes.
Start with the Zoom setup guide, or add the app from the Zoom App Marketplace. Your Zoom administrator may need to approve the app. Feature availability depends on your QolSync AI plan and Zoom setup.
Not yet. The iPhone and iPad app is coming to the App Store. When it ships, the host runs the session from the device, attendees join on their own phone with a link or QR code, and translated captions can be shown on a venue screen (HDMI, USB-C or AirPlay).
